A vegan cream-to-powder eyebrow definer that has a smooth and easy application with pro-makeup application results. This long-lasting and water-resistant formula infused with organic Jojoba Seed Oil and Castor Seed Oil to moisturize and encourage the growth of full healthy brows. The improved colour range and creamier consistency allows for smooth and easy application with a choice of colours that are sure to be a match for any brows.
For application, use an angled eyeliner brush using short dash-like strokes to blend the colour in your eyebrows.
